Granola bites

Homemade Healthy Granola for everyone

 

Ingredients:

90 g old-fashioned rolled oats

90 g almond flour

55 g almond flakes (or any dried friut you have)

20 g goji or raisin

30 ml vegetable oil (or peanut butter if you want less fat)

100 ml honey or maple syrup

5 ml vanilla extract



Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. In a large bowl, put together oats, almond flour, almond flakes.

3. Add to the mixture the oil, honey and vanilla extract.

4. Line an oven pan with parchment paper and transfer the mixture to the pan.

5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until lightly golden, mixing every 10minutes.

6. Add goji and let it cool for 5minutes.

7. transfer the mixture into a square pan to mold and cool completely.

8. Cut into rectangles or about 10 bars, atlast enjoy!


Tips:

  • If you prefer to eat your granola on top of your yogurt, you can skip number 7 and 8.

  • Granola can lasts up to one month if closed well in an airtight container. 15 days in normal containers.
