Baking Recipe Substitutions

Did it happen to you that you want to make a recipe but you lack of some ingredients or maybe you have some allergies on a recipe you want to make? Or you are in a foreign country and you can't find your local ingredients? Here's some help!
For 50 g plain flour
65 g rice flour
50 g corn flour
80 g almond flour (or any other hard dried friut)
35 g oatmeal flour
For 1 egg
7g ground flax seeds with 45 ml water - mix and let sit for 10 minutes to gel
10g chia seeds with 45 ml water - mix and let sit for 15 minutes to gel
1/2 mashed ripe banana with 2tsp sugar
65g unsweetened applesauce, canned pumpkin or pureed prunes
50g peanut butter or nut butter
For 120 g Buttermilk
120 g plain yogurt with 5 ml white vinegar - let it sit for 5 minute or until bubbles form
200ml plant-based milk (almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk..) with 5ml lemon juice - let sit for 5 minutes, then whisk until bubbles form
For 250 g Butter
180 g ripe avocado with 70 g egg (about 2 whole eggs)
180 g peanut butter/ nut butter/ seed butter with 60g vegetable oil
150 g coconut milk cream (obtained by putting the can or box in the fridge, the layer on the top that separate from the liquid is coconut butter) with 60 g vegetable oil
For 100 g Oil
100 g applesauce
100 g banana/ pumpkin/ pear/ prune puree
100 g shred zucchini
100 g cooked pureed beets
100 g ripe avocado
