Dairy and Gluten Free Brownies

Do you want to treat youself something delicious but don't want to feel guilty? This recipe is just the right one for you!

 

Ingredients:

1 whole ripe avocado (boneless)

2 eggs

75 g cocoa powder

150 cane sugar

2 tbs vegetable oil

1 tsp baking powder

2 tsp vanilla extract

pinch of salt


optional:

50g dried friuts or chocolate chips


Method:

1. Preheat the oven at 170°C

2. In a large bowl, smash the avocado with the help of a fork until smooth.

3. Add eggs and beat for about 3 minutes, until avocado absorbs the liquid and becomes smoother. (This process substitute the butter)

4. Add oil, sugar and vanilla extract into the mixture.

5. Sift cocoa powder and baking powder and add into the mixture. Mix until well combined.

6. Pour the mixture into a small baking pan (about 25 x 25 x 5 cm) and level the top with the help of a knife or spatula.

7. Add a pinch of salt on the top (and dried fruits if desired).

8. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes (less minute more fudgy).

9. Let it cool down completely before cutting. Enjoy!
