Banana and chocolate chips are enough to make a good dessert but with some more simple ingredients, you can make really soft and delicious plumcakes!
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas (meduim size)
50g cane sugar
20g vegetable oil
30g water
1 tsp baking powder vanilla flavoured
150 g plain flour
a pinch of salt
Optional:
Chocolate chips
Method:
(Preheat the oven at 180°C)
1. Smash bananas until smoooth and creamy
2. Add sugar and with a mixer whip until you have an airy dough
3. Add flour and baking powder little by little and with a spatula mix carefully until smooth then add chocolate chips
4. Add water, oil and a pinch of salt then mix
5. Pour the dough in mini plumcakes pan/ or in a normal plumcake pan
6. Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C if you are using mini plumcakes pan. Bake at 170°C for 50 minute if you using a normal plumcake pan. Enjoy!
Tips:
If you want to have a fluffy plumcake, whip well banana and sugar before adding flour
If you don't want to have chocolate chips only at the bottom of you plumcake put them into the flour first before adding into the dough.
