No-Hassle Bread Making

The easiest and sure way to make bread

 

Ingredients:

500g re-milled semolina

300ml warm water

3tbp yeast

15g salt


Method:

1. In a large bowl, melt yeast into the water

2. Add little by little the flour

3. Transfer the dough into a flat surface sprinkled with some flour and knead for about 15 mins

4. Put salt in the surface and roll the dough to collect it

5. Let rest the dough for 4 hours in a close container or inside your oven

6. Take out the dough and sprinkle the surface with some flour again

7. Give your bread a circle shape and engrave tre lines on top

8. Prepare you pan with parchment paper, put the dough and cover with a damp cloth

9. Let it rest for one hour

10. Bake at 220°C for 10 minutes and another 30minute at 200°C
